Ger recently appeared in the role of Frank in EVENING TRAIN at the Everyman Theatre for the Cork Midsummer Festival.
Last year he revived his role in the Gate Theatre production of Yaël Farber's HAMLET at St.Ann's Warehouse, New York.
Other recent stage credits include George Wilson in THE GREAT GATSBY directed by Alexander Wright, HAMLET directed by Yaël Farber during the Dublin Theatre Festival, the role of The Balladeer in Stephen Sondheim's ASSASSINS, directed by Selina Cartmell; all at the Gate Theatre, TWELFTH NIGHT & OEPIDUS, both directed by Wayne Jordan along with the USA & Irish Tour of THE PLOUGH AND THE STARS, directed by Sean Holmes, for the Abbey Theatre, THE SILVER TASSIE for Druid, directed by Garry Hynes and CONFUSION BOATS, a play that he wrote and performed in for the Dublin Fringe Festival; this went on to be nominated for the prestigious First Fortnight Award.
