Camille O'Sullivan

 

Camille is an Irish musician, vocalist and actress.

​

She recently appeared in Jack Thorne's adaptation of A CHRISTMAS CAROL at The Gate Theatre.

 

Other film and television credits include; the role of Lexi in feature film BARBER directed by Fintan Connolly, Countess Markievicz in the RTÉ series REBELLION, directed by Aku Louhimes, SUMMER IN FEBRUARY, starring Dominic Cooper and Dan Stevens and directed by Christopher Menaul, the role of Miranda in ASLYUM SEEKERS directed by Rania Ajami, Cecilia in NO STRINGS ATTACHED directed by Maria O'Laughlin, the role of Jane in MRS HENDERSON PRESENTS directed by Stephen Frears and the role of Lola Montez in HER NAME WAS LOLA, directed by Anne Roper for RTÉ.

 

Theatre Credits include; THE LULU HOUSE directed by Selina Cartmell and performed at James Joyce House as part of the Dublin Theatre Festival (2011), THE RAPE OF LUCRECE, a one-woman adaptation of Shakespeare's narrative poem which Camille also co-created (with director Elizabeth Freestone) and wrote original music for, at the Swan Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon, SWEENEY TODD directed by Selina Cartmell with the Gate Theatre, TONIGHT LOLA BLAU directed by Michael Hunt with the Co-Opera Co. and Belltable Theatre, ONE NIGHT STAND, directed by Gavin Kostick and MURDER directed by Conall Morrison with the Abbey Theatre.

 

Camille is based in Dublin.
