Position: Assistant to Two Actor Agents
 

Location: Dublin, Ireland 

Type: Full-Time 10 am- 6 pm. 

Are you passionate about the entertainment industry and eager to work behind the scenes to support talented actors? We are looking for a dynamic and organised Assistant to join our team and work alongside two seasoned actor agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, exciting environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks for two busy agents.

  • Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for actors, casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

  • Booking Coordination: Assist with coordinating auditions, bookings, and travel arrangements for clients.

  • Research: Conduct industry research, including tracking industry trends, new projects, and potential opportunities for clients.

  • Communication: Draft and proofread emails, contracts, and other correspondence. Ensure all communications are timely and professional.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role in the entertainment industry is preferred but not required.

  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software and tools.

  • Personality: A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for the entertainment industry.

  • Website maintenance: Maintain and update the Agency’s website, edit biographies and headshots, and source material for client showreels.
